Our smallgoods are all hand crafted on site. Ham, bacon, polish, cabana, kransky, Vienna's, knackwurst, smoked chicken, and more emerge from our smoke-oven hot, moist and absolutely delicious on a regular basis.
Cooked, but not smoked, products include two varieties of terrines, Belgium, saveloy, black pudding, chicken liverwurst, and a variety of pies; several family pie varieties, and traditional pork pies, in two sizes.
